  • Professional Photographer Magazine Cover!

We are very honored to have won the Professional Photographer Magazine Cover Contest!

I always thought this would make a great cover. It was an outtake from a Holiday Cover we shot for CityDog Magazine. Although it didn't quite look right for CityDog, I think it looks pretty amazing on the front of Professional Photographer. I could not be more thrilled with this honor!

Dog-A-Day for Canine Cancer brings us back to Springer Rescue! Funny too because this dogs name is Hunter too! We had a Hunter a month or so ago that was a rescue from here. So, this guy is quite the love and very well behaved on the leash. We talked for quite a bit and Hunter just chilled right next to us. Contact Springer Rescue or Kelly Rothenbuhler of Muttley Crew Cuts for more information!

This one got a little arty…but see how patient he is? Love Hunter…spread the word and let’s get him adopted!

Meet Gus Gus, our Dog-A-Day for Canine Cancer on April 23rd. Gus Gus is a special-needs dog in need of a new home. Gus spent his puppyhood in Dominica, an island that does not specialize in animal care. Unfortunately, Gus was physically abused (beaten & fed poisoned rice in an attempt to kill him) for the first year of his life, and has been left with some residual fear issues. Despite his past, Gus is the most amazing and loyal dog I have ever known. Gus has lived with dogs and cats, and does well with both if provided proper introduction. Gus will need a patient family without children. Gus is housebroken, crate trained and knows all basic commands. Gus is almost 4 years old and is a very low energy dog that has enjoyed both apartment living as well as a suburban lifestyle, though he adores going for runs and is the perfect jogging companion.

Here are some other pictures of Gus Gus.
